After a Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree in International Business as well as a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from USC I realized that I was unhappy, suffering from numerous panic attacks and fears, I have decided to dedicate my life to others, improving their mental well-being as well as their energetic imbalances. To become a life coach and a healer, I accomplished different types of training in Costa Rica and Los Angeles working with well-being professionals and shamans. During my very last retreat in Nosara, I decided to build The Idala Family, enabling anyone from anywhere to access different kinds of methods, exercises and tips to improve their mindfulness, peace,balance and happiness
